Clay Animation / Stop Motion Tutorial “Clay Animating 101 With Wenrog” (by virtualwenrog)
Wenlock and Mandeville, the mascots for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
—-Wenlock, the mascot of the Olympic Games, is named after the English town of Much Wenlock, which inspired Baron Pierre de Coubertin to found the modern Olympic movement.
Mandeville, the mascot of the Paralympics, is named after the town of Stoke Mandeville, the birthplace of the Paralympic Games.
—-Beijing 2008 Olympic Games fives mascots, called Friendlies.
I try to use Wenlock and one of the Friendlies to start my project.
Clay stop-motion is one of the ways I want to show them.
In 2010 14.7 million international visitors to London accounted for over £8.7 billion of international spend. London actually received more international tourist spend than the remainder of the UK regions put together.
The emerging markets fuelled much of the growth, with Russia providing the biggest increase in visitors of 37 per cent, followed by Brazil (36 per cent), India (31 per cent) and China (17 per cent).
Icon design style.
There are five steps in my project:
RESEARCH-Define design problem.
-Define design audience.
-Being divergent search.
-Gather quantitative search.
-Enhance design problem.
-Agree channels of distribution.
